Performance Hall has 1051 seats (including 12 accessible seats) for large-scale performance and ceremony and takes the stage performance as the key point of major design, using the arc to shorten the distance between the audience and player. As for the extra large stage (16m in width, 15.3m in depth and 3.1m in depth of apron stage) and the large lifting stage, the pattern of stage can be changed into proscenium stage or open stage in order to cooperate with the performance requirements. The design of double-swing stage can be available for multifunctional requirements, flexible use of performance space and preparation of setting the scenery.
The performance hall also integrates the functions of theatre and music hall. Because they have the different requirement of decay time, the side walls use the adjustable music-effect panel to balance the different requirements, which is the initial practice in the country and the uniqueness of this Performance Hall. The ceiling above the auditorium sets many reflectors of music effect, which make the sound resource equably diffuse to each seat. Furthermore, matched with two rows of uncovered arc catwalks that are filled with house light and project light, it can put up the sense of special beauty.
